Where are you based?

We are based in Narangba, Moreton Bay, Queensland.

Can you work with my child face-to-face?

Yes, as our approach is multi sensory, we always offer a face-to-face service. We find this produces optimal results.

What is your current availability?

We are currently accepting new clients on Wednesdays.

We have limited availability on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday afternoons, after school hours.

Does my child need to have a diagnosis before you will work with them?

No, we work with anyone who is looking to improve their literacy skills. We also support children with executive function, communication, language processing and memory difficulties.

How long does each session last?

Each session comprises of 50 minutes of specialist instruction followed by five minutes feedback.

Do I have to stay with my child for each session?

This is very much a personal choice for each family. You are welcome to observe all or some of each session. Some parents find it useful to understand more by observing what happens in each session. If you need to catch up on emails or do some work, there is a dedicated workspace, with access to guest wifi, just outside the specialist room. If you need to leave the premises for any reason, it is essential that you are back at least ten minutes before the session ends.

Are there any advantages to paying for a full term at once?

Yes, if you choose to pay for a full term of 10 weekly sessions, at the beginning of the term, you will only be billed for nine, meaning that you will receive a free session.

Can you travel to my home?

If this a service that interests you, then please indicate that on the application form and we will work with you to try and accommodate your needs.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that you give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel. 

Can I have make up sessions if my child is sick?

We will work with you to rearrange sessions within the same term, where possible.
